Zhennan Noodle House is known as the best pot-covered noodle restaurant in Zhenjiang. The price of noodles is not cheap. The soup is red, but the taste is quite salty. The chives leaves are very fragrant. I ordered beef + sausage toppings. The taste is good and the amount of noodles is enough. Maybe I was too hungry and finished a big bowl. This is the third time I have eaten here this month when I was doing business nearby. The braised pork is not delicious, maybe it is because it is not soaked in vinegar.
