I drove nearly 200 kilometers to eat at this steamed food restaurant that I had been eyeing for a long time. I arrived before 6 o&#39;clock in the evening and had already started waiting for a table. Zhuji&#39;s Ciwu noodles are quite famous. I&#39;ve eaten them in Hangzhou.
This time when I came to Zhuji, I wanted to eat authentic ones.
After listening to the introduction of the locals, I chose this Zhaoda Noodle House.
The shop is small, and the sign says &quot;One of the top ten noodle houses in Zhuji&quot;.
The shop was full of people, and it really lived up to its reputation.
There was a menu on the wall, and there were really many varieties of noodles, but the prices were not cheap.
The three of us ordered a bowl of shrimp noodles + tomatoes, a bowl of stir-fried beef noodles, and a bowl of squid noodles.
The room next to the checkout counter is the kitchen, and you can see the chef making noodles by standing next to it.
The noodles are all handmade, and the vegetables are all freshly fried.
When the noodles were served, I felt that they were different from what I had eaten before.
There was not much soup, it seemed to be between soup noodles and mixed noodles.
