Zhuji&#39;s Ciwu noodles are quite famous. I&#39;ve eaten them in Hangzhou.
This time when I came to Zhuji, I wanted to eat authentic ones.
After listening to the introduction of the locals, I chose this Zhaoda Noodle House.
The shop is small, and the sign says &quot;One of the top ten noodle houses in Zhuji&quot;.
The shop was full of people, and it really lived up to its reputation.
There was a menu on the wall, and there were really many varieties of noodles, but the prices were not cheap.
The three of us ordered a bowl of shrimp noodles + tomatoes, a bowl of stir-fried beef noodles, and a bowl of squid noodles.
The room next to the checkout counter is the kitchen, and you can see the chef making noodles by standing next to it.
The noodles are all handmade, and the vegetables are all freshly fried.
When the noodles were served, I felt that they were different from what I had eaten before.
There was not much soup, it seemed to be between soup noodles and mixed noodles.
But there were still a lot of ingredients, and the taste was quite special, a little different from the noodles I usually eat.

2️⃣ Wuxie Scenic Area
The five cascades of Wuxie Waterfall each have their own unique attractions, especially the third cascade, which is known for its &quot;diverse shapes,&quot; and the fourth cascade, which resembles a galloping horse. Light-colored clothing is recommended for photos; the lush green mountains and waters create a photogenic backdrop! The thousand-year-old Wuxie Zen Temple, nestled amidst the forest, is breathtakingly beautiful in the late autumn when the golden ginkgo trees turn golden. A solitary stroll, listening to the chime of the bells, is truly captivating.

This 17-year-old Zhuji home-style restaurant serves fresh seafood. The small seafood served a la carte is incredibly fresh. The local Zhuji dish, preserved preserved vegetables and local pork with steamed buns, was absolutely stunning! The rich, mellow aroma of preserved preserved vegetables complemented the rich, tender pork.

High-speed rail: Go directly to Zhuji Station. From there, take a taxi to Caota Old Street, about 25 minutes (30 RMB).
Urban Transportation: We recommend taking a taxi to the Wuxie Scenic Area (about 20 minutes from Caota to Wuxie). Walking and boating are available within the scenic area. Xishi&#39;s hometown is located in the city center and can be reached by taxi or bus.

① I recommend their wild pepper fried beef, this dish is really good with rice, but sometimes it may be a little overcooked. But despite this, it is still one of the signature dishes of the store and is loved by diners.

② Pork belly chicken soup, you can tell it is a signature dish as soon as you see the store. If you go with your friends, it is recommended to order a small portion. This soup is really delicious, and it is definitely worth a try.

Today&#39;s check-in is also a small restaurant tucked away in an alley. The menu is written on a whiteboard. The signature dishes are circled before the dishes. I was amazed. It was incredibly fragrant and delicious. I&#39;ll definitely be back!
