This BBQ place is right near my house, and it's been around for years! When friends from out of town ask me for recommendations for Zibo BBQ, I always go with the old place downstairs in our neighborhood. After all, a place that's stood the test of time always comes out great! The meats are all marinated, and the various skewers are incredibly flavorful. I especially recommend the lamb and pork belly, which should be grilled to a slightly charred consistency. Paired with the pancakes and scallions, they're simply unbeatable! This time, I tried the grilled spare ribs, which were also incredibly tender, with minimal bones, and perfectly marinated. It was incredibly satisfying!
