Caribeans Chocolate and Coffee

interesting and informative tour which was conducted by Oscar . Not only did we learn about the history of chocolate in the area, but he pointed out various animals to us. We were shown how the pod is converted into the foodstuff which we all know and love. This continued with the tasting of chocolate from 3 different farms and we got to appreciate how different they all tasted. We were then let loose on an array of samples which we savoured. The total time spent was well over 2 hours and was informative, interesting and tasty.

It is very interesting here. You can see various varieties of coffee beans and chocolate beans. These are foods that are easy to see in daily life, but many people don’t know what the plants themselves look like.
