Great spot to bring friends! The owner actually came over and adjusted a dish for us when we mentioned we don't eat spicy. Really liked that personal touch.

Nice spot to chill after class. Cocktail list is solid, nothing fancy but does the job. Love that it's smoke-free inside, can actually breathe.

Service was quick and the food tasty. Nice wine and grappa list too. Only thing—the room felt a bit chilly. Still, I'd come back.

The tiramisu really stood out — soft, not too sweet, just the right way to end the meal. Cozy inside, dim lighting, felt comfortable. Service was attentive without hovering. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something relaxed. Maybe a little pricey for what it is, but I'd still come back.

The schnitzel here is really something else. Thin, crispy, not greasy at all. I think it's the best one I've had in a long while. Portion was generous too. Service was friendly, nothing over the top, just solid. Place was busy for lunch but we got a table right away. Worth stopping by if you're in the area.

The scrambled eggs were done just right, and the muesli had tons of fresh fruit. Breakfast menu’s pretty big too. Service was quick, prices felt fair.

Been coming here for a while now. The pizza stays consistent, which is honestly the main reason I keep going back. Tried a few of the creative toppings over time, they don't overdo it. Outdoor patio is nice when the weather cooperates. Service can be a little all over the place, but I don't really care when the food is this solid.

Pizza was solid and the wine pairing they suggested actually worked well. Didn't expect much but left pretty full. Place was busy but we got seated quick enough. Fine for a casual dinner if you're in the area.

Came for dinner and the lamb was done really well. Pistachio dessert was a nice way to end things. Staff knew their wine list, which I appreciated. Place was a bit quiet for a Saturday, but that's fine. Decent meal overall, nothing over the top.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The beef cheeks were super tender, and the struklji on the side were honestly the highlight for me. Place has that proper countryside vibe, not trying too hard to be fancy. We stayed longer than planned just chatting. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way, but worth the short drive. 😊

The 4-course menu was solid, especially the veal and that modern kremšnita twist. Just don't come starving, it's proper slow food 😅

Big terrace is the main draw here, honestly. Sat outside and it felt pretty open, not cramped like some places. Pizza and grilled salmon were solid, service kept things moving. Salads were meh, but I didn't really care once the mains came. Fine for a casual stop if you're nearby.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and honestly the salad was the highlight. Tasted super fresh, like straight from someone's garden. Place itself is calm and not crowded, tables are far enough apart that you don't hear other people's convos. Good spot if you wanna chill and eat without rush. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price.

Came here for a quick lunch with a friend and honestly the food hit the spot. Got the pasta and it was super fresh. Coffee after was a nice touch too. Staff were really chill, made it easy to just sit and chat for a while. Place got a bit busy but that’s fine. Would come back for sure.

The passion fruit drink really hit the spot—bright, tangy, and not too sweet. Perfect for a warm afternoon when you just want something light to sip on. I went with that instead of wine this time, and honestly, no regrets. Wish the glass was a bit bigger though.

We booked Christmas dinner here and honestly, the food was the highlight. My roast was cooked properly, not dry at all. Service kept things moving even though the place was packed. Only small thing—we waited a bit for drinks at the start. But the meal itself made up for it. Already thinking about going back next year. 🎄

Came here with a bigger group after the water trail hike. Open-faced sandwiches did the job, quick and easy. Kaiserschmarrn with compote was the highlight though. Place is clean and they managed to handle all of us without chaos. Service was decent, nothing crazy but fine.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff helpful. Breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Location worked well for getting into town. Only minor thing, restaurant vegetarian choices were a bit limited.

The location inside Tivoli Park is hard to beat, and parking was easy. We were a bigger group and they managed it well, no chaos. I liked that I could just sit back and not worry about anything. Service was friendly and quick enough. A solid spot if you want a relaxed meal without fuss.

The tom yum and Indonesian salad were solid starters—that soup had just the right kick. Red curry with chicken was nicely spiced too. Only thing: prawns came with shells on, bit messy to deal with. Still, good spot for upscale Thai in the city.

The Idrian dumplings with cream sauce and bacon were the real deal—soft, filling, and exactly what I needed after walking around the old town. Staff actually seemed happy to explain the menu, which I appreciated. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing is the portions are pretty generous, so come hungry. Would go back just for those dumplings again.

The barista talked me into trying a Brazilian bean in my cappuccino and honestly the milk texture was spot on. Fair price for what you get, plus it's right by the funicular.

Been coming here for a while now. The meat dishes are consistently good, never had a bad one. Garden setting is nice and quiet too.

Stopped by for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Place was pretty loud, took a while to get served. But the frog legs were actually done well, not overcooked or anything. Solid if you're already staying here, wouldn't go out of my way for it though.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the lamb korma plus garlic naan. Portion was solid for the price, honestly. The lamb was tender, sauce mild but flavorful. Chicken tikka masala had more heat, which I liked. Naan was decent, nothing crazy. Bill came out fair for what you get. Would eat here again if I'm nearby.

Stopped by for a quick lunch — staff were genuinely nice, not that fake over-the-top kind. Food was solid, nothing mind-blowing but decent. Had the grilled chicken, came out juicy and well-seasoned. Place got a bit noisy around noon though. Fine spot if you're in the area and don't want to overthink where to eat.

Solid local food right in Ratece center, easy parking across the street. Nothing fancy, just honest Slovenian cooking.

Went for lunch, food was solid. Got the grilled sea bass, skin crispy, flesh still moist. Service friendly enough, nothing to complain about. But the spot itself is weird—sandwiched between a mall and a Subway. Feels like it belongs downtown, not here. Would be a different vibe with more foot traffic.

Came for the seafood and the mixed shellfish starter totally delivered. Service was solid too, and honestly the price felt fair for what you got.

Venison goulash was unreal. Rich, tender, exactly what I needed after Savica waterfall. Portion big enough to skip dinner.
