This is undoubtedly the best interpretation of the saying “Good wine needs no bush”. All seafood ingredients are caught directly from the nearby port, and other vegetables and meat are from nearby islands. We use the most homely methods, combining Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, to cook the most delicious food! Vegetarian and gluten-free options are carefully marked on the menu. We ordered homemade pickles, goat cheese, tuna paste, etc. as starters. We had no idea how the dishes would taste, so we kept silent from here on. There was only the sound of forks, and we thought to ourselves: Wow, it seems really good? My favorite white fish paste is made by wrapping fresh fish and cream with pickled radish slices, which has a perfect balance of salty, sweet and fresh! The prawn chilli is cooked using the most common method used by locals, but the homemade tomato sauce tastes very good. The most unexpected thing was that I had the best panna cotta I’ve ever had in this inconspicuous little shop! I have to say, the difficulty lies in making simple food the most delicious! The ratio of evaporated milk to fresh milk is just right, paired with fresh plum jam! Not sweet at all! Best than ever! The cruelty of gourmet food is that a slight mistake can lead to a huge loss! Finally, let’s talk about the wine here. As a wine-producing region with a long history, Korkula is home to various large and small wine family businesses. The Grk I tried this time is an ancient local white wine variety. Nice try!

This is a very famous restaurant in Croatia, which serves authentic Croatian traditional dishes. It uses fresh ingredients and has a comfortable environment because of the indoor and outdoor dining areas, especially the outdoor area. Looking at the beautiful old city and tasting delicious food, it feels so good.

沙漠里的赤裸裸
The reason why I had a dinner at Arsenal that I couldn't eat was because I had a full set meal with two desserts at Restaurant Dubrovnik, the only Michelin recommended restaurant in Dubrovnik for two years. It was a good experience to be on the second floor of a winding alley with the whole kitchen (and pigeons) surrounding you. Although they were all small bites, the chef's seasoning and taste details were quite amazing. Imagine purple potato beef tartare, hazelnut sauce scallops and popped apple duck breast. Of course, the most amazing thing is that as a major production area, the people of Dubrovnik use truffles as if they were free. There are also large pieces of tender fried foie gras buried in the mountains of truffles! Except for the lava chocolate at the end that was too thick and sweet, it was a perfect meal. Think about the cost-effectiveness of 650 kuna, don't even look at the Western food in Shanghai 😂😂😂 I didn't do my homework well this time and ran out. Eating is actually an embarrassing problem. The better restaurants are small, and reservations are required and often fully booked. You can't walk in at all. You can't eat unless you wait in line until 9 o'clock. I am very grateful for these few meals. At the same time, I want to remind you that it is very important to make reservations in advance!

The restaurant is located in the ancient city of Dubrovnik, a port city in southeastern Croatia. It is both a restaurant and a bar. The service staff is very friendly and the service is warm and thoughtful. The dishes taste good and the price is moderate.
