Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Hobart, the capital of Tasmania. In the city center of Hobart, that is, the dock area, there is a very famous restaurant. It is located in the direction of the dock from the Tasmanian Museum, opposite to the place, recessed. It has two floors, Upper Deck and Lower Deck. Unlike the lower deck, the upper deck is a high-end restaurant, and it is a seaside restaurant. It is recommended to make reservations in advance and choose a window seat. Whether it is night or day, order a glass of red wine, shake the glass, cut a steak, and you can also have a dozen Bruny Island thin-shell oysters. This is how life should be.

Breakfast every day Saw this place and had to try it, the breads, pastries and food on display were too good to resist. Very good service, food and coffee were so good, we had breakfast every day in Hobart. The croissants were the best we have had since our trip to Paris 2 1/2 years ago. Everything about this place exudes style and comfort.

It is suitable for a family or a few friends to have a drink. The food has different portion sizes, and you can choose to share a variety of small portions. White sauce seafood risotto a27.5: I have been to other popular restaurants many times before, and decided to try it today. If I don’t like the taste, I can change places. The seafood risotto is very delicious. I regret that I only ordered the appetizer portion. I didn’t expect the mussels to be bigger and more delicious than Mures upper deck, and there are shrimps, squid and fish. Bolognese rich tomato, minced beef and red wine pasta beef red wine tomato pasta A23.5: The pasta is OK, but the beef has a sour taste, which is average.

You can see its eye-catching signboard within a few minutes' drive from Hobart Airport. The high-quality water of the Pacific Ocean nurtures the plump and sweet oysters here. When you suck the oysters with the seawater, your mouth is filled with jelly-like oyster meat. It's so enjoyable! In addition to oysters, there are also palm-sized wild abalone, fresh salmon, etc. You can eat in or take away. We ate two dozen oysters here and bought a few dozen to enjoy at home in the evening. I hope that friends who come here to travel must come here to taste it in person. I guarantee that you will never forget it.

The scenic restaurant facing the Port Arthur Prison, where the ghost tour begins In the 47-year history of Port Arthur, more than 1,000 people have died here. Some people say that the souls of the dead never leave. Indeed, there have been many documented ghost stories related to Port Arthur since 1870. Since then, many people have experienced events here that are beyond people's current cognition, which has cast a strange veil over Port Arthur. Because of this weirdness, so many soul appearances, and multi-dimensional overlapping events, the manager of the Port Arthur Historic Site has designed a route called "Ghost Tour" specifically for the evening time. Led by a guide in a medieval black robe, the hiking tour with a lantern lighting will meander around the huge park for two kilometers. The journey after nightfall is called Nightly after dark tour. The adult ticket for a single night tour is 27 Australian dollars, and if it includes dinner, it is 80 Australian dollars, which is not low. Dinner includes an appetizer and a main course, with ingredients from fresh seasonal produce from local growers and producers, as well as a glass of Tasmanian wine, beer or soft drink. It sounds like two courses are few, but they are really quite tasty, with soups, vegetables, oysters, steaks, shrimps, etc. The prison was founded in 1830, and the restaurant is named 1830. It opens at 4pm every night (except Christmas) and serves food at 5pm. In the evening, sitting by the window, you can see the panoramic view of the prison, gardens and courtyards at sunset, and at this time, I know nothing about the ruins in front of me. 1830 Restaurant & bar Ghost tour ticket price: 80 Australian dollars per person with a two-course meal, 27 for adults, 15 for children, 75 for families without meals, children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult

When I came here in 2015, this oyster farm was not so well-known. In order to attract Chinese customers, the boss wrote the words "Shengchonghao" crookedly on the sign on the tree. Although there were typos, it did not affect understanding at all, nor could it hide its deliciousness. Five years have passed, and the shop is still the same, but it has become a well-known online celebrity shop in Hobart and even Tasmania. Almost all guests who come to Bruny Island will taste fresh oysters here. We ordered three large plates and took photos for friends who came with us that year. They all said that this was full of memories. The shop is on the way to Bruny Island. There are many more customers than before. I recommend everyone to come and taste it.

📍The Glass House, with a 280-degree open sea view, is a top restaurant in Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, Australia. It has a stylish and elegant environment and offers the best Western food, wine and various drinks. 👉The restaurant hopes to "share a Tasmanian story on each plate", so the raw materials of all dishes come from local farms, orchards and farms in Hobart. The dish design combines the essence of Australian, French, Chinese and Thai styles, and localization and internationalization are perfectly integrated. 👍Desserts are Huahua's "enemy", but the dessert tonight is also Huahua's "lover". Maybe the sweet honey comes from a farm that Huahua passed by on this trip:) 👍The restaurant welcomes you to sit at the bar and order an old-style cocktail from the bartender, or taste a glass of award-winning whiskey produced by a Tasmanian winery. If you want to enjoy more, then order as much as you want!
