Pizza was loaded with toppings, which I appreciated for the price. Service kept up even when it got busy. Kids' stuff handled fine too.

Cute little place right in the center of Emden, super easy to walk to. The inside is really cozy and well-kept, perfect for hanging out with friends 😊

Nice place for a business dinner, no doubt. Food was solid but the bill came out a bit steeper than I expected for what you get. Still, the service was attentive and the vibe was comfortable.

The bruschetta was the highlight—fresh, garlicky, just right. Service kept up even when the place got busy. Only thing is the tables are a bit close together, so you hear everything from the next table. Still, I'd eat that bruschetta again.

The service was genuinely impressive — our waiter noticed we were still hungry and brought out extra fries without us asking. Little things like that make me want to come back.

Nice spot by the harbour, cold beer and the bartenders were friendly. Sat outside watching the boats, pretty chill afternoon.

Friendly staff, quick service even when busy. Food took a little while on a packed night, but the taste made up for it. Solid spot if you're nearby.

Been coming here for a while now. Still like the outdoor seating by the playground, easy when the kids need to run around. Smoking area's a plus too. Not fancy, but that's fine by me.

The menu has more than ice cream—sweet spaghetti, salads, kids' options. Service was attentive, no complaints. Solid spot if you're nearby.

They swapped the cheese on my pizza for dairy-free without any fuss. Pizza was decent, though for the price I expected a bit more on top.

Stopped by during the holidays and ordered the grilled platter. The meat had that proper charred taste, not just pan-fried. Service was quick and friendly. Only thing is the place gets a bit loud when it's full. Still, solid stop if you're in the area and want something simple.

The buffet at Sunday brunch was well stocked — fresh fish, cold cuts, cheeses, even scrambled eggs and bacon. €14.90 felt fair for the amount of food. Tea and coffee refills came around often enough. Just a bit busy inside, but nothing crazy.

Stopped by after the ownership change—breakfast was solid, but lunch surprised me more. Menu feels fresher, not the same old stuff. Also noticed they’re open some evenings now, which is handy. Glad I gave it another shot.

The tzatziki alone is worth the trip. Thick, garlicky, perfectly seasoned—best I’ve had anywhere. Had it with the grilled meat, solid combo. Didn’t pay much attention to the place itself, but the food did the talking. Slightly pricey for the portion, but I’d order that dip again without hesitation.

The lamb fillet skewers were properly tender, well-seasoned. Shredded chicken stayed juicy too. Sides and sauces balanced it all out. Nothing fancy, just solid meat done right.

We had the greatest meal and dining experience here on our last night in Groningen. Our food was terrific and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

We popped in a few times during the week. Currywurst was solid, schnitzel crispy, and the surf and turf surprisingly fresh. Staff stayed friendly even when it got packed. Only thing, service slows down a bit when they're busy, but that's understandable. Good spot if you're in the area.

We came here twice during our stay, and honestly, the fish was the reason. Cooked just right, flaky, not dry. Portion size was decent for the price, which is rare around here. Service was friendly, no complaints. Second visit was just as good as the first. Wouldn't mind going back if we're in the area again.

The free starter salad was a nice touch. Steak was juicy and well-seasoned, fries were good too. Gets busy though, so book ahead if you can.
