Le Contemporain

On Friday evening we visited from Valenciennes there has own vegetable garden and pretty fresh one straight from there.Matured Angus beef was excellent and every dishes has seasoned presentation of Cambrai local mood!We do appreciate to have great moment at Le contemporain definitely visit again..

A place that's out of the ordinary, with very precise service and a mastery of the subject, truly at the service of the customer. Succulent cuisine, flavors... splendid. Congratulations to the owners of the establishment.

A superb restaurant you wouldn't expect to stumble upon; a typical old northern house redesigned as an elegant restaurant overlooking a small vegetable garden. The cuisine is made 100% from garden produce. You might expect it to be like your grandmother's down-to-earth cooking, but the dishes are delicious AND very elegant and refined. And all this for a great value! We'll be back... especially since the menu changes about every two and a half months based on seasonal produce!

We discovered Le Contemporain for Christmas Eve. The menu was excellent from start to finish. The wine list is extensive. We will come back to try the menu every new season! Go there with your eyes closed.
