L'Auberge du Parc

A calm atmosphere on this Saturday was a welcome change; the service was efficient and attentive; the food was generous and met our expectations. The dishes were simple but very well-executed. Exactly what we were looking for.

Booking through TheFork worked perfectly. Our request for a table on the terrace was also accommodated. As always, the food we ordered was freshly cooked and of very good quality. We had 12 snails and the goat cheese salad as starters. We had the queen's pâté and the kidneys in mustard sauce, both with homemade spaetzle, as our main course. As always, very well cooked, very tasty, and there was plenty of it. We'd be happy to come back. Next time, we'll pre-order the frog legs!

While passing through Sparsbach, we decided to book a room at the Auberge du Parc, and we weren't disappointed. The succulent trout, the delicious "Coupe de l'Auberge," the impeccable and friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere make this a highly recommended spot for anyone passing through the area. We highly recommend it!

The quality of the service and the conversation with Nathalie, the owner. As for the food, nothing beats a good maître d'hôtel steak with fries and a remarkably generous and well-seasoned green salad (which is a precious detail because it's rare these days).

Good food, fast and efficient service (we were in a hurry...the staff was accommodating and understanding). A fair bill for a meal with a generous homemade starter and main course. We recommend this good address.
