What travelers say:
The degustation menu was a pleasant surprise: subtle but tasty Middle East touches across all the menu, fresh ingredients and great combinations. Room was very comfortable , service was extremely careful and helpful. Price/quality ratio was clearly a plus also.

We had one of the most incredible Heilige Abend meals here in Berlin.Besides the absolutely delectable food, the wine pairings from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jordan & Israel were enlightening (I only learned yesterday that Jordan produces wine) and the Sommelier's knowledge covered not only the vintification, but also the creative ways that the winemakers have continued their art & traditions through disruptions caused by war, fleeing homelands and other political strife. There were even selections from Israeli female winemakers. Their dedication to selecting wines with soul, history and a story was truly the best part of the evening.Truly one of the most mindful meals we have had a probably one of my top 3 meals, ever. Much better than recent 2 & 3 star meals we have had, for sure. I have never wanted to lick a plate more in my life. The struggle was real.I also loved the music that was played. Modern & definitely helped transport you to the scenes of the cuisines. They allow dogs, accept credit cards (even Amex) and you can tip via card.
Prism at Fritschestraße 48 in Berlin is a culinary gem that elevates dining to an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred restaurant exceeded my already high expectations, blending European fine dining with Levantine inspiration. The atmosphere, both urban and intimate, complements the chic, minimalist ambiance.Chef-owner Gal Ben Moshe masterfully combines his Israeli roots with modern European standards, presenting dishes that are a symphony of contrasts and flavors. The exceptional quality of ingredients shines through in every bite, leaving a lasting impression.Accompanied by a meticulously curated selection of wines, courtesy of sommelier Ben, the dining experience reaches new heights. The synergy between food and wine is truly remarkable, enhancing the overall enjoyment of each course. What adds to the allure is the attention to detail in presentation. The exquisite dishes are served on Hertog Berlin china, elevating the visual appeal of the meal. The refined glassware and cutlery further contribute to the overall sophistication of the dining experience.Prism at Fritschestraße 48 is not just a meal; it's a journey through culinary excellence. From the first bite to the last sip, every element is thoughtfully crafted, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking an unparalleled gastronomic adventure in Berlin.
Some of the best Israeli/Jewish inspired food I have ever had. A true do not miss while you are in Berlin, especially if you enjoy Middle Eastern and traditional Jewish cuisine.
Prism was a great experience, all dishes excellent and wine pairing ditto. The serving was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and fun. The atmosphere intimate and relaxed. Fully recommended!
