Ristorante Sailing

I had brunch in this restaurant. Since I like to sleep in, I often can't have the breakfast included in the hotel, so I simply didn't eat it. I chose this restaurant near the hotel and had a rather hurried meal.

The appetizer (caprese salad) took a while, the mozzarella was very fresh. The risotto with seafood was ok. The seafood was very limited to small pieces (shrimp was tiny) but it tasted good.

Nice place, decent food, reasonble price. A complete manu costs 25€ (the fork promotion cannot be applied)

Very average for Castellamare del Golfo! Raw platter with low quantità (one gambero rosso, one oyster and a spoon of tuna tartar not worth 18 Euro). Pasta dish with sea urchin and apparently gambero rosso was definitely with gamberetti. Good taste but again 22 Euro is overpriced! Sicilian salad with roasted potatoes (i guess from the day before) rather than freshly cooked! All in all ok food but nothing special! With the discount the price was somehow ok otherwise value for money would have been bad!

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, excellent service not to mention the food from appetizers to first courses and pizza all delicious fresh fish, our compliments for everything but especially for the MUSSEL SOUP! Highly recommended
