Nice place with a very familiar and simple atmosphere, we were intrigued by the hummus proposal that we obviously took. I really appreciated the hummus with capers but the one with curry was also very much appreciated. Many vegan options

Humus Bio Bakery Bistrot is a special place in Parma. The care and love with which they prepare their dishes are visible in the careful choice of ingredients (always seasonal) and in the passion of the staff, from the kitchen to the dining room. The result is genuine and tasty food, in an environment that is always warm and welcoming. An important bonus is the wide vegan choice, which is not at all a given in Parma.

First thing: the wait staff is not only extremely courteous and professional, but also of a very high level in general! Then, of course, the food is well-prepared and exquisite, set up with attention to detail, quality drinks, sophisticated tableware, an extremely elegant venue. And, what doesn't hurt, the prices are very honest and transparent. In Parma, this is THE restaurant to recommend: all the others are the same!
