Great lunch for May 1st. Not crowded place with a beautiful view. Everything was delicious and the staff was very kind.

Ottimo pranzo per il 1 maggio. Posto poco affollato con una bellissima vista. Tutto squisito e il personale gentilissimo.

Ristorante ricadente in una zona panoramica con vista mozzafiato sull&rsquo;Etna che in questo periodo &egrave; abbondantemente innevata. Il personale &egrave; molto gentile e disponibile, la qualit&agrave; del cibo &egrave; ottima cos&igrave; anche l&rsquo;impiattamento da ristorante gourmet. Menu che prevede diversi piatti e carta dei vini esaustiva. Il conto? In quattro abbiamo preso due antipasti, un primo e secondo a testa, due bottiglie d&rsquo;acqua ed una di vino, due caff&egrave; per un totale di 160 euro per cui ci &egrave; sembrato equilibrato tenuto conto che in certe pizzerie non si spende meno di 50 euro a coppia. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Restaurant located in a panoramic area with a breathtaking view of Etna which is heavily snowed in during this period. The staff is very kind and helpful, the quality of the food is excellent as is the gourmet restaurant plating. The menu includes various dishes and an exhaustive wine list. The bill? The four of us had two appetizers, a first and second course each, two bottles of water and one of wine, two coffees for a total of 160 euros which seemed balanced considering that in some pizzerias you don&#39;t spend less than 50 euros per couple. We will definitely be back

Piatti tipici locali eccellenti, rivisitati in versione gourmet. Location molto suggestiva con uno scorcio sulle pendici dell&#39;Etna. Ottimo anche il servizio.

Il ristorante con vista sull&#39;Etna in cui abbiamo cenato &egrave; un vero gioiello immerso nella natura. La location &egrave; incantevole, con una vista mozzafiato sul vulcano che rende l&#39;atmosfera bucolica e rilassante. Il men&ugrave; &egrave; stato una delizia per il palato: ogni piatto era non solo estremamente gustoso, ma anche presentato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. In particolare, i piatti al pistacchio sono eccezionali. Particolare menzione va all&#39;orto situato proprio dietro il ristorante, da cui provengono le verdure fresche utilizzate in cucina. Questa scelta garantisce ingredienti di qualit&agrave; e sapori autentici, che si riflettono chiaramente nelle pietanze servite. Il nostro cameriere, Luigi, &egrave; stato molto simpatico. Ci ha raccontato storie interessanti su questo versante dell&rsquo;Etna, rimasto ancora autentico e poco colpito dal turismo di massa. Il conto era in linea con le aspettative per un ristorante di questo livello: non economico, ma assolutamente giustificato dalla qualit&agrave; del cibo, dalla location esclusiva e dal servizio impeccabile. Un luogo che consigliamo vivamente per una cena indimenticabile con una vista spettacolare sull&#39;Etna.

The restaurant overlooking Etna where we dined is a real gem surrounded by nature. The location is enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the volcano that makes the atmosphere bucolic and relaxing. The menu was a delight for the palate: each dish was not only extremely tasty, but also presented with great care and attention to detail. In particular, the pistachio dishes are exceptional. 

Special mention goes to the vegetable garden located just behind the restaurant, where the fresh vegetables used in the kitchen come from. This choice guarantees quality ingredients and authentic flavors, which are clearly reflected in the dishes served. 

Our waiter, Luigi, was very friendly. He told us interesting stories about this side of Etna, which has remained authentic and little affected by mass tourism. 

The bill was in line with expectations for a restaurant of this level: not cheap, but absolutely justified by the quality of the food, the exclusive location and the impeccable service. 

A place that we highly recommend for an unforgettable dinner with a spectacular view of Etna.

Location veramente ottima, sia come punto, come perch&eacute; c&rsquo;&egrave; un panorama stupendo ai piedi dell&rsquo;Etna 🗻, il cibo ottimo.

Really great location, both as a point, and because there is a wonderful view at the foot of Etna 🗻, the food is excellent.
