I don't understand why the restaurant doesn't have at least one star. Everything was excellent and a special praise to the staff, very helpful and ready to explain all the dishes accurately

Traditional dishes prepared with class, a modern cuisine that looks with respect and a pinch of transgression even at the most stubborn of purists. Attentive, competent, punctual service. I hope to return soon!

excellent location with well-spaced tables and plenty of space for diners. Meticulous but never intrusive staff. Varied wine list with prices for all budgets. the chef offers three tasting menus: the first with a reinterpretation of traditional Piedmontese dishes, the second vegetarian and the third fish-based. All dishes are very well executed and presented impeccably. for me it was a great experience

Everything was great, food, wines, service. The place is also very beautiful and interesting for its historical past. Compliments.
