Stopped by for a quick bite. The Waygu burger was solid, juicy and cooked right. A bit pricey for what it is, but you can see why it's a local go-to. Just a chill spot.

Had a solid breakfast here. Portions are generous and it's fairly priced. The food has a home-cooked feel to it, which is nice. Staff were pleasant. A good spot for a filling meal.

The smoked salmon Benedict is solid. Wild-caught salmon and the eggs are runny just right. Hollandaise has a good tang.

Got seated right away on a packed Friday, which was a nice start. The staff was super friendly throughout. But the real star was the dessert cart – that chocolate torte was something else!

The Works pizza with the thin crust is my go-to. It gets so crispy around the edges, just the way I like it. The place is always spotless, which is a nice bonus.

This place is a real find. Had my coffee in a restored stone house, felt like stepping back in time. The owners let you wander around and check out all the old artifacts while you wait. A nice change from the usual spot. The coffee was good, but honestly, the setting was the star.

The calzone was huge, so splitting it was perfect. The server was so sweet about it, didn't make it weird at all. Just a nice, easy vibe.

Tuscan chicken and carbonara were solid. The breadstick tower is a nice touch. Service was efficient, got us in and out for a business lunch. Portions are fair for the price.

Cozy spot with a nice modern vibe. The open kitchen is fun to watch. Had the margherita pizza, solid. The wine list is decent, found a nice Chianti that went well with the tomato sauce. A bit pricey for a pizza place, but the drink pairing made it worthwhile.

Our server was on top of things all night. She kept our drinks filled without us asking, and checked in just the right amount. Made for a really nice, relaxed dinner.

Solo dinner at the bar. The ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered, medium-rare. Sides were fresh. Service from Mariah was prompt and attentive without being overbearing. A solid, reliable option when I'm passing through.

Good breakfast spot in Topeka. Portions are generous and they serve it all day, which is nice. Staff was friendly even when busy.

The turkey focaccia was good and the portion was large. Service was quick, which worked well for a business lunch.

The poutine was spot on, best I've had outside Quebec. The fish and chips batter had a great crunch. My only note: the wine list felt a bit limited for a place with such solid comfort food. Would've loved a richer red to go with the gravy.

This place nails the basics. The burger was juicy and cooked just right, the fries were crispy and hot. No frills, just exactly what you want from a classic spot. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious.

This is a cozy spot with a lot of charm. I really enjoyed the pancake—it was huge and fluffy. The staff was very friendly and made sure my coffee cup was never empty. A comfortable place for a quiet breakfast.

Stopped in for lunch on the drive back from Fort Smith. The beers were properly cold, which hit the spot. My burger was cooked just right, juicy and not dry at all. Good, solid spot for a quick bite.

The pineapple beer was a fun surprise! It's way more refreshing than I expected. They've got a good lineup of local Kansas brews too.

The staff was so nice and helpful! They suggested adding queso to the chili verde dip and it was a game changer for sharing with friends.

Been coming here for years with friends. The burger combo is always solid, and it’s just the right kind of casual spot to catch up. Staff is super friendly, which makes the whole vibe chill. A classic for a reason!

A decent pizza spot on Mass St. The pepperoni and mushroom pie was pretty good, nice crispy crust. They have a solid beer list and some old arcade games, which is a nice touch. A bit on the pricey side, but fine for a casual dinner.

The Palace's dinner special for two was a nice, filling meal. I really liked the booth they gave us, tucked away with all those plants around it. Felt very cozy and private.

Decent spot to catch a game with friends. Plenty of TVs, and the vibe is pretty good. It was a bit loud for my taste, but overall a fine place for a casual night out.

Solid chicken and waffles for a quick breakfast. Chicken was juicy, waffle had that pancake texture. Got my order in under 5 minutes, which is perfect for my lunch break.

The space is bright and airy, perfect for a relaxed morning. I grabbed a table by the window with my coffee and just watched the street for a bit. It’s a nice, calm spot to start the day. The breakfast menu had plenty to choose from, which was a plus.

Found this spot inside a hotel lobby. The food is seriously good, and the vibe is chill enough for a casual catch-up with friends. We ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting.

Decent spot for breakfast classics with a fresh twist. The menu's pretty big, and everything we tried was tasty. Ingredients tasted fresh. A solid choice if you're in the area.

The chimichurri steak hash is the thing here. Steak was tender, and the chimichurri had a really bold, herby punch. The potatoes soaked up all that flavor. It's a solid, hearty plate.

Andrew handled our big birthday group like a pro. His wine suggestion was spot-on for the table.

Grabbed a seat at the bar for dinner. The fully loaded artichoke appetizer was huge and packed with flavor, definitely enough to share. Cocktails were solid too. For the price, the portion on that starter alone made it feel like a good deal.
