Too much time wasted to get the service and small choice of beverages (with some of them not available). However, when we finally got the shisha it was ok.

Thanks God I&apos;ve finally found a place where I can enjoy real tea without any unnatural additives. Here you can find most of the world teas or at least have a professional advice regarding your choice....

The restaurant is not big, but fortunately I booked a seat in advance, and it was full in a short while.
- spada affumicato: Fennel and orange are piled under the smoked swordfish slices. The waiter suggested ordering two portions, but one portion is enough for tasting. After trying a piece, I felt that the 28 euros was a bit of a rip-off (14 euros per portion).
- burrata gambero rosso: The Sicilian red shrimp sashimi is sweet, served with tomato sauce and sprinkled with some salted fish roe. I especially like to use burrata cheese as an appetizer. The taste of the two cheeses intersects, full of milky flavor, and the overall taste is not heavy. This appetizer is 16 euros, and I guess it&rsquo;s expensive because of the red shrimp and salted fish roe. I suddenly remembered that when I went around the island with my friends a few years ago, I went to Mazara on purpose. There was a restaurant in a seafood warehouse where we ate local red shrimp sashimi for two consecutive nights, one plate after another, and all kinds of oysters. It was so addictive! Just don&rsquo;t pay too much attention to the number on the bill.
- spaghetti mazarese: I ordered the pasta on the blackboard, red shrimp and squid pasta, which was sweet and sour with a fresh and fragrant tomato flavor. The pasta was well-seasoned. I exchanged the small shrimp in the couscous for the Sicilian red shrimp in this pasta. This one cost 20 euros, which was more expensive than other pastas. It should be the pot of the red shrimp.
- couscous frutti di mare: When I ordered the dishes, I saw the seafood couscous and ordered it immediately. It combines the Arabic flavor with the delicious seafood of the Mediterranean. The dish was full of seafood, and the ingredients were really enough. From langoustines to small shrimps, mussels to clams, and squid, basically the tenderness was still there. After a few bites of seafood, there was some sweet and sour onions. The soup tasted delicious. I pushed the couscous apart and stirred it to let them absorb the soup before eating. 22 euros/portion.
