Besides a salad which, in my opinion, was a bit dull everything else was exceptionally good. I would mention the desert (chocolate cake?) which was indeed very special.

From the moment we entered our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our evening.The food truly stood out; every dish we sampled was a delightful experience for the palate. The chefs clearly take great pride in their creations, and it showed in the flavors and presentation.A special mention must go to our servers, Kamara and Pedro. They were incredibly attentive and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of both the food menu and the wine selection. Their recommendations enhanced our dining experience and made us feel well taken care of throughout the evening.As someone who cannot eat gluten, I greatly appreciated the restaurant's willingness to adapt dishes to meet my dietary needs. They went above and beyond by providing gluten-free bread, which was a lovely touch that made me feel included rather than restricted.

The food was very good, however, the service started perfectly but with the time passing by the attenders started to forget about our table

My fourth meal here this trip, I was no longer staying in the hotel, but I had to return for the cataplana, and was very glad I did. Thanks to Pedro my waiter for suggesting the dry white wine from Madeira Porto Santo, not well known but a perfect match.
