TheForkUserGood, honest local food, served in a generous portion sizes, which tips this area over from 4 stars to 5, as it was also at a very reasonable price. Service was fast, informative and cheerful. Ambience, was fine, but very hot inside, when we visited.

摆渡修行Because we stayed in Strbono for one night, we specially booked a very famous local mushroom restaurant, which is also a 2019 Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. If you have a similar itinerary as us, I recommend trying this restaurant for dinner (but in summer, it is mainly meat and vegetables, and only a small part of the mushrooms are frozen, because summer is not the season for fresh local mushrooms) My friend chose a mixed meat and mushroom set meal, and I chose an all-mushroom set meal. All 5 dishes are normal size, which is enough for two people. I recommend the mixed set meal, which has more flavors. The winter set meal of mushrooms is a bit monotonous.

We asked for a table with a view to the Valley of the Temples monuments that were illuminated and they put us in a terrace at the third floor which was great,.This combination (food, service and view) made this the best dinner of our trip to Sicily.

We went for the 3 course €60 menu ( you can just choose from the main menu), everything including amuse boucle and pre-dessert was inventive and delicious. We're not wild about the 'log in to WiFi scan QR code ' for the menu but fortunately they actually take your orders and you pay in person, not all done online. What's wrong with proper menus?! A great experience nevertheless.

She cares about the place as if it were her own. The food was excellent and to our questions about the quality of the food, we received honest answers. Thank you.

We ate divinely: every dish was taken care of in the smallest details, with very fresh ingredients and surprising but always balanced combinations. From appetizer to dessert, it was an unforgettable journey of flavors. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, present but never intrusive staff. We felt pampered from start to finish. A place that I recommend without hesitation to those looking for true quality, both in food and hospitality.

The three apps we shared to start our meal were beautifully presented and were super fresh…fish and seafood. Excellent pasta followed and the dessert. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.
