The chef made me a special off-menu dish for my dietary needs, and it was honestly so good. The staff were really nice about it too.

The arancini were spot on, crispy outside and creamy within. My Cajun chicken burger was juicy, and the bun held up well. Fresh produce really shows in their daily soup too. A solid, straightforward meal.

Handy spot right by the ferry. Popped in for a quick bite before catching the steam train. The portion for the fish and chips was decent, but at £16.50, I did expect a bit more on the plate. It filled me up, just.

Love the vibe here. It's a nice mix of modern and traditional, feels cosy but not cramped. Our table had plenty of space, which was a nice change.

Been coming here for years, and the garden's still the best part. Perfect for a pint with my dog after a walk in the village. It's just a really nice, consistent spot to unwind.

Popped in for a coffee. The staff were so friendly and the vibe was just really nice. A lovely little village spot.

Lovely evening. The Sunday lunch was spot on, really well executed. Parmesan and truffle fries were a standout. Bar staff were genuinely welcoming, made you feel right at home.

Cosy spot with a real fireplace - perfect for a rainy evening. The ales and ciders are kept really well, which is so nice to see. A solid local pub.

Wood-fired pizza is fresh and tasty. Good for a quick bite. Gets busy though, had to wait a bit for a table. Worth it for the flavour.

The seafood was top-notch, especially the grilled sea bass. Service was efficient, staff were attentive without hovering. The view over the estuary is a real plus. A bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for the location and quality.

Came for a casual pint, ended up staying for the view. Sat on the pontoon with a cold one, just watching the boats. The crab pots were busy, looked fun. Bit windy though.

The Italian host knows his wine. Had a lovely glass of red with some excellent charcuterie. The view from the terrace is a real bonus.

Proper country pub, great spot after a walk from Kingsbridge along the estuary. Beers were well-kept, just what you need. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere inside.

Stumbled upon this place. The ground floor menu had a nice pork belly dish. What stood out for me was the freshness of the ingredients, you could really taste it. The veggies were crisp and vibrant. A solid choice for a mindful meal.

Great service by a generally young, enthusiastic team.Well priced wine for the quality at a very sensible mark-up.We can’t fault the food and it was very consistent across a variety of dishes. We would definitely recommend as a great local business to support.

Portions are very generous here. The smoked duck curry was tasty, but I couldn't finish it all. The seafood dishes also had some massive pieces of fish. Decent value for the price.

The cask ales are the main draw. They had a local bitter that was perfectly kept, not too warm, with a nice malty body and a dry finish. The lager options are decent but it's the real ales that keep me coming back.

Staff are really kind here. They helped my family member with extra care, which was appreciated. Food was top-notch too. Quick and efficient service, perfect for a lunch break.

The tasting menu was pricey but honestly, the portions were generous enough that I left comfortably full. You get what you pay for with the quality of the local ingredients.

Been coming here for years. The seafood salad's always solid, good chunks of mackerel pâté, decent smoked salmon and prawns. Fresh, simple, no fuss. It's my usual starter.

Been coming here for years, and the marina view from the window tables is still the main draw for me. Perfect for a quiet evening watching the boats. The sunset last week was a real treat.

The sea view from the table was the real star. We had a window seat and it was just stunning, especially as the sun started to go down. The outdoor garden looked really nice too, will have to come back in warmer weather to try it.

Stumbled upon this spot and was impressed. The ingredients were so fresh, you could really taste the quality in every bite.
