It is a beautifully designed restaurant. Modern, gorgeous marble and bronze tables, comfortable 70’s style chairs, very bright. Good presentation, and creation are first class. We ordered everything in advance and could the ordering platform to be very prescriptive.. it said only the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing is available on Saturday lunch. We accepted and gave credit card payment in advance. We arrived first. We were served later than others who arrived after us.. and wine pairing was ok but not extraordinary. The real problem was it was so slow. We had a car waiting for us to drive 2 hours back to Toledo. We were more than an hour late. We arrived at 13:30 on the dot.. left at 16:00 .. did not get 2 out of the 6 courses. No reduction in bill.Great food.. let down by ordering platform and service.. It is too slow and too prescriptive. The cannot accommodate what they ask you to order and pay for in advance.

We loved the restaurant, the atmosphere, we were very comfortable, the staff was lovely...and the food was delicious...!! We enjoyed it a lot
Everything was 10/10, the food, the service, and the location. If I had to say one thing, it would definitely be that the tables are too big for two people. You go with your partner for a romantic dinner and you're too far away. For those who like it, I didn't speak well. But I'd give it a negative rating. Otherwise, it was very good.
We were lucky enough to get a table with a view of the bridge and the hanging houses. The pickled partridge salad was highly recommended, the sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, and the cheeks with vanilla and vermouth were a must. The service was always attentive. And we discovered a very special Cuenca wine aged in clay barrels called Rubatos. It's worth trying.
A magnificent experience. Congratulations on the excellence and the location. Looking forward to trying the winter menu again.
