Pitchers eskilstuna

No waiter greeted us even though there were 3 people at the bar. After a while, a person left the bar and showed us to a worthy table. The food was good but no one came and asked if we wanted more drinks and we had to wait a long time to pay until we finally had to ask ourselves. I think the staff had poor supervision of the guests but were nice when they contacted us.

Håkan owner of another place, drunk and vulgar. Reprimanded by both his own friends and staff at Pitchers. Made another family with children leave and went after us as if we were the ones who complained. Sat there with my big and small children where the youngest were 5 and 6 years old. Bad words (very), physical outbursts and generally unpleasant/disruptive. Too bad he was allowed to continue, we regretted going there! Too bad otherwise good food and nice place.

Difficult to order, long waits for food and drinks, no menu, poor information and communication from stressed staff. Possibly understaffed?

As usual pitchers the food was good but nothing excessive, The staff were nice but a bit understaffed. as is often the case at pitchers. When the place was full they needed another person to take orders. there was almost always a queue at the bar too.

Very chaotic among the staff, no one keeping an eye on the guests. Once we got to order, it worked well. Ok burger.
