It was my first time to Meijiang. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back in China. The authentic Chinese menu, delicious dishes, and familiar Chinese made me like this place right away. We ordered Beijing duck, which should be half a duck. Of course, it cannot be hung up and roasted here, so it is Beijing (non-roasted) duck. The disadvantage is that the duck cake is much smaller than that in Beijing, but everything else is there, and the taste is really good! I give it 90 points as I am from Beijing, and there is still room for improvement! But the boss's service is very good and the people are very kind. My baby is very happy to eat and chat, so I add another 5 points! I also ordered dry-fried large intestine, which is called dry-fried fat intestine in Beijing. It tastes great and is highly recommended for those who like intestines! I also ordered sweet and sour pork tenderloin, which is only slightly lacking in salty and sweet taste. In other aspects, it is coated with crispy crust, bright sauce, crispy outside and tender inside, which is more recommended! I also ordered crispy milk, which is different. In the small city of Lund, this is a very authentic Chinese restaurant run by a Henan native. The place is not very big, but the taste of the dishes basically maintains Chinese characteristics and has not changed with the taste of the locals.
