We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We&#39;d originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn&#39;t face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic.The real winner for us was the kids&#39; menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It&#39;s not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus.What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help.The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it&#39;s one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience.If you&#39;re in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We&#39;ll definitely be back next time we&#39;re in town.

I ordered Swiss cheese hot pot, which I personally think is very fragrant and completely acceptable. The restaurant is located on the most prosperous Herweg Square in Interlaken, opposite to the Herweg Square, and the view is very good.

We would definitely dine here again. It was a very nice setting and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was very fresh and deliciously cooked. The prices were very reasonable.

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. The staff were very professional and didn&#39;t stare at us during our meal. The service was the best. The food tasted amazing! We had the pleasure of meeting the chef at the end of lunch. I will definitely be back! After visiting this amazing restaurant, we went to another 3 Michelin star restaurant and were very disappointed.

We live above this restaurant, Hotel Blume, and have long heard that they are a restaurant and hotel run by a Mexican boss and a Swiss boss lady, and they are highly rated on many foreign review websites. Mexican food is made by Mexicans, so it must be very authentic. The mushroom plate as an appetizer tastes very good, and I feel like ordering a bowl of rice as soon as I serve it!! The main course includes Mexican tacos and cheese Nachos. It turns out that this is how authentic taste is. , very fragrant! But the pepper is really not spicy. I guess it has to cater to the Swiss taste, otherwise the Mexican pepper is quite awesome. The bartending is also good, and the dessert of vodka and ice cream is also amazing. Even though it was cold outside, the outdoor seats were full because there would be live music performances in the evening, which was really a great experience. Interlaken is an international tourist city, so there are cuisines from all over the world. Personally, I don&rsquo;t think you have to look for Chinese or Swiss food. Try other exotic cuisines, but you will have more unexpected surprises. In the end, we also I willingly gave a lot of tips because I really enjoyed it and it was very pleasant.
