My Delhi Newcastle

First visit but not my last. Chose this on the basis of good reviews and not disappointed. Friendly and efficient service, great food. I am wheat intolerant and staff were very attentive to this. Loved the web cam street scenes of Delhi, a brilliant and original touch.

Making a reservation is vital if you have a specific day and time in mind. The food is some of the best Indian cuisine. The staff are very polite and very helpful. Mythili who looked after us was terrific

I recently dined at My Indian Streetery and had a great experience with their well-prepared dishes.The Chilli Chicken had. A nice balance of heat and tang and garlicky onion flavours.The Beetroot Tikki was a pleasant appetizer, with the beetroot’s sweetness complementing the spices well.For the main course, the Delhi Kadhai Gosht was a highlight. The lamb was fairly tender, and the gravy was rich and aromatic.The overall ambiance was inviting, and the service was good. A solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy reasonably priced Indian cuisine.

It was our first visit and it didn’t disappoint. Food was lovely, chicken succulent and beautifully cooked. The ambience was loud as a stag party of 18 men arrived towards the end of our meal . Definitely recommend here but maybe not as a posh night out on a busy Friday night. Food was good value £62 for 2 starters, 2 mains including drinks. Staff were happy and extremely helpful.A great discovery and we shall return.

Lovely intimate restaurant buzzing with life!Food was exceptional - I ordered the Railway Lamb, Chicken Momos, roti and poppadoms. All absolutely divine!Portions were beyond generous with lots of meat and sauce in the curries - so I was kindly offered a takeaway container which I’ll make a lovely lunch tomorrow.Hannah was our server this evening and was extremely attentive and lovely - thankyou for making our visit so special.Highly recommend and most certainly will return.
