Great staff and good food. The tuna ceviche was exceptionally good. And the grilled aubergine and goat cheese starter was delicious. We will return on our next trip to Lourmarin.

We are so pleased that we found this wonderful restaurant with rooms in a remote area of Vaucluse. Sitting under a large shady tree enjoying a lovely lunch with local wines makes a perfect holiday. Very good value and friendly service

The restaurant is an upscale, small place with a nice ambience. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially when it came to choosing the wine. We were offered tastes of several wines before deciding on our wine. The food was well prepared and interesting. We enjoyed trying new entrees, appetizers and desserts. Well worth the dinner!

Firstly, I don’t understand the negative reviews I read on google. This place was stunning, so beautiful and the food was exceptional. I had the tomatoes and peaches, then the tuna crudo, and the Guinea fowl and it was all superb. Service was lovely too and the setting looking down on the fountain was majestic. Would highly recommend

A cosy restaurant with perfect service.Although most of us were in a Moroccan restaurant for the first time, everyone thought the food was excellent. We enjoyed the evening and can only recommend the restaurant.

Very good for a hotel restaurant in a tourist hotspot. The somewhat eclectic menu was well executed, imaginative and tasty. Staff were pleasantly jovial and friendly. Courtyard setting was delightfully quiet and sheltered. High point for me was the Feux des Mûres dessert: volcano-shaped pyramids of blackberry mouse dipped in dark chocolate, filled with blackberry coulis and accompanied by chocolate crisp “soil” and guanduja. Finished the meal off perfectly for me.

Lovely find on our last night in Avignon. Beware, portion sizes are huge - I had the salad verso, that would have done a main course but then I had the pizza cap, lovely and spicy but twice the size of the pizzas everyone else was eating, so check the size before ordering. Definitely no room for dessert. Lovely friendly service. Wish we’d found it on day 1.

After driving around Avignon for a day, I went to find something to eat at 9pm. I found that most of the restaurants in this city were no longer accepting customers. When I was so hungry that I thought I would buy bread from a convenience store, I found that the decoration of this restaurant was very elegant. The French restaurant is willing to entertain us and order a la carte. The pancetta with white sauce is the first choice for a full stomach. No doubt, this staple food is delicious in any high-end restaurant. The fish steak is very smooth and the snails are a must-order. 12 A dozen is 17.8 euros. The herb garlic sauce is very fragrant, the snail meat is very elastic, and the pan-fried large scallop meat is very smooth. I like it best. I ordered the cheaper oysters, the meat is thinner and smoother, and the white wine brings out all the sweetness of the oysters. Out of the blue, this super satisfying seafood meal with wine for 4 people costs 99 euros, less than 200 yuan per person, very cost-effective!
