The thing that set Core Osteria apart was the subtle creativeness with their menu offerings. Still focused on traditional with an added touch that made a big difference.

Spacious rooms. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Best part was the garden view from the balcony. Made the stay.

Been coming here for a while now. Ralf still remembers what I ordered last time, which says a lot. He suggested the grappa again, local one, and it hit the spot just like before. Place hasn't changed much, that's a good thing. Maybe a bit busy on weekends, but the consistency keeps me coming back.

Great spot right in the center with a nice terrace view. We grabbed a table for a quick dinner with friends, and the local dishes were pretty solid. Just wish we had a bit more time to linger—felt a little rushed in the evening. 😊

The stone-oven pizza is always a good choice here. I appreciate the freshness of the ingredients, especially the basil and tomatoes. The crust has that nice, light crisp from the oven. It's a simple, satisfying meal.

The Tiroler schnitzel was really good. Crispy outside, juicy inside, probably the best I've had around here. Portion was big too, I couldn't finish it all. Place was a bit busy but worth it for the food.

Dinner with the kids here was solid. Portions are generous and the food hit the spot. Also handy they take cards—plenty of spots around here are cash only.

The garden vegetables starter was nice, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. The amuse-bouche was a nice touch though. Not crazy expensive, but you're definitely paying for the plating more than a filling meal.

The grilled fish was fresh, but the seasoning leaned a bit salty for me. Still, the greens on the side felt properly crisp. Good enough for a casual stop.

Been coming here for years now. The schnitzel stays consistently good, which is honestly why I keep going back. Portions are still huge, never left hungry. Place gets busy around dinner time but that's expected. Service is fine, nothing fancy, but they remember regulars which counts for something.

The Kaiserschmarren hit the spot after a morning on the slopes. Service was quick and friendly, though nothing fancy. Just a solid stop if you're in the area.

Stopped here for a quick break from skiing and it did the job. Staff were friendly enough, place had that cozy alpine vibe. Prices made me blink a little, but hey, it's a tourist spot, kinda figured. Good for warming up with the crew before heading back out.

Breakfast here is top-notch. Huge spread, everything fresh. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, hands down. Perfect for a quick, quality bite before heading out.

The pizza at this restaurant is truly delicious, and the friendly service adds to the overall great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by their hot food options, even though it's mainly a café. The portions were generous for the price, and I had a very comfortable seat by the window. The service was friendly and made the whole lunch feel effortless.

Service was quick and friendly. Got my food and drink in no time. Old-school interior has some charm. Nothing fancy but fine for a fast bite.

Been coming here for years whenever I'm in Samnaun. The Capuns are consistent every single time, which is honestly why I keep returning. Wood-paneled room gets pretty busy during ski season, so service can slow down a bit. But the food stays solid. That's what matters to me.

The cheese fondue was really good. We asked if they could swap the meat for tofu and they did it without any fuss. Place is small and cozy, which worked well for a quiet dinner. Only thing is it got a bit warm inside, but that's minor. I'd go back for the fondue alone.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Restaurant handled my vegan requests fine, both breakfast and dinner. Room was clean, no complaints. Solid place.

Food was solid - traditional and tasty, big portions too. Cozy rustic vibe inside. Staff friendly enough. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot.

Loved the Art Nouveau decor here. It's elegant but not stuffy, really calming vibe. Just had a simple lunch, but the setting made it feel like a proper little escape.

Been coming for years, and the pasta is always on point. The handmade ravioli never disappoints.

The pasta was pretty good. We sat outside and could hear the music from the square, which was a nice touch. Service was quick and efficient. A solid choice for a casual meal.

The pizza crust had a perfect crisp, yet stayed chewy inside. Really nailed that texture.

We came back the next day, that’s probably the best review I can give. The staff handled our vegan requests without any fuss, and the dishes were actually creative, not just plain vegetables thrown on a plate. Portion sizes were decent for the price too. Only tiny downside, it got a bit busy around 7, but the food came out quick enough. Solid spot.

The 5-course menu was solid, and the little extras between courses were a nice surprise. Wine pairings matched well too. Good spot for a casual catch-up with friends 👍

Stopped by for a quick glass of wine, ended up staying for the charcuterie board. Meat and cheese quality is genuinely good, not the usual tourist stuff. Place is small and cozy, easy to lose track of time. Slightly overpriced, but the portions are fair. Fine if you're in the area and want something simple.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. They're quick to answer questions about the menu, which is useful when you're trying to decide. It does make the whole thing smoother.

Loved the huge outdoor space. The kids' playground felt really safe, and seeing the little ponies and goats made the afternoon so sweet.
