C L'Aventura de John Review

Went here for dinner with my husband. The atmosphere is that of a local vibe, especially at the bar. We saw people coming to pick up food to go, and what seemed like regulars (including expats) hanging out. Chill and relaxed. We ordered fries as an appetizer, they were warm and delicious, perfectly salted. I had the fish and my husband had the Margherita pizza, which was really good, with a nice, thin crust. I can see myself ordering pizza to go in the future...

We went there twice and in both times we didn't like it much. The food is ok and the price too, but don't expect much. They also have a bar, but we didn't try it.

We are a family of five travellers ( three teenagers) This restaurant was recommended to us. We arrived around five ish so maybe that was a little early for the smiles to kick in but you got the impression you weren't particularly wanted. It was fine. We were the only customers for a little while. The pizzas were delicious. Really delicious but the service was fairly rubbish to be honest. Great food but not so great front of house.
