" Helong Headquarters Former Site " is located at No. 165 Zigu Road, Nanchang City. It was originally the seat of Hongdao Church of the Chinese Anglican Church, built in 1925, is an ancient building with a combination of Chinese and Western. In late July 1927, He Long (1896 ~ 1969) led the 20th Army of the National Revolutionary Army to Nanchang and set up the headquarters here. On July 31, He Long held a meeting of officers above the regiment, issued a combat order and assigned combat tasks. In the early morning of August 1, He Long, Liu Bocheng and Zhou Yiqun commanded the armed uprising here. Until now, the window on the third floor of the building still has the shell marks of the enemy. On August 6, He Long led the ministry to leave Nanchang. After that, it is still the seat of the Anglican Church. In 1961, the former site of " Helong Headquarters " was identified as one of the former site groups of " Nanchang 8 Yiyi " Headquarters. The former site building has the bedroom of Helong and other leaders, the restoration display of the officer conference room, and the hall has the "Helong Marshal Life Exhibition".
