Mingles是首尔米其林一星&亚洲50佳第十五位(韩国第一,超越罗宴和Jungsik),这样的荣誉在首尔餐饮界无人能敌!从江南区政府站出来步行大概十分钟到。一栋金碧辉煌的大楼,餐厅就在一层。提前预定的时候这家比二星的kwon sook soo好订,邮件发了立马回复,点赞!进去之后发现整体环境偏bar的黑暗风格。由于一人用餐又被安排到了吧台但还是那句话,吧台用餐的好处是可以看到大厨团队的一举一动。选择了最便宜的午市套餐,但整体感受下来还是一次很美妙的用餐体验前菜开始就很赏心悦目。装在蛋壳里的咸口布丁口感很微妙,越吃越上瘾呀~生鱼片做的超美,搭配翠绿的海草简直视觉盛宴。接下来的主菜都是以海鲜为主,不像kwon sook soo会有猪肉。整体的做法可以概括为:西化食材,韩国本土的做法。一份韩味十足的蛤蜊肉,摆盘却法风得很。又是很惊艳的定食套餐,自家腌制的酱菜依旧好吃,尤其酱牛肉强烈推荐。鱼子米饭煮得很棒配上海鲜汤,爽口无比。其实此时已经差不多饱了,但后续的两道甜品似乎更震撼!藏红花口味的雪葩,配上马苏里拉芝士,很有纽约的味道。独特的大酱口味冰淇淋搭配谷物,浓郁韩风扑面而来。每上一道菜都会很耐心地去做介绍,这道大酱冰淇淋解释了好久我才明白食材,但还是很佩服主厨的大胆创意。最后收尾选择了韩式传统茶水配马卡龙。总体来说比KWON SOOK SOO更加西式,但要吐槽一下洗手间是和大楼共用的,所以环境欠佳。临行前美女店长给我送行,还和她用英语交流了一会,很愉快。其实韩国人不是大家想象的那么不友善嘛
