OldTown White Coffee Ipoh Padang Review

Another historical building in Ipoh old town with many food stores and shops nearby.

Ipo station is very clean as a building, look back when walking through the old town! There are many fashionable cafes and restaurants when you walk around the city, but please eat steamed chicken, bean sprouts, pudding, and egg tart ～ It is also the birthplace of white coffee, so drink it together. I recommend ☕

Ipoh old town, an idyllic old town where everything is a bit slow and laid back.Filled with great food and interesting limestone caves to explore.

When we enter the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon at about 1pm, we were surprised to see there were no customers at all. We were the only customer for them for almost an hour sitting and dining their food. There was one probably takeaway order. The restaurant looked pretty empty. This restaurant has been in business for a long time, however over the years some of the food served has lost its taste. The same dish which i used to order before, has no longer the same taste. Some of the food we ordered can be seen in the photo. I would say its okay but nothing great.

Ipoh Old Town was the center of the city, starting with Panglima Street, and eventually spreading across the river to the east side (Ipoh New Town). Landmarks like the Ipoh Railway Station and Ipoh Town Hall symbolize that part in Ipoh’s history.It's a popular tourist area with many eatery and souvenir shops.

Ipoh old town is an area that can walk through almost every street. Walking and playing continuously. Tired, stop by a coffee shop. There are street art to watch all the way.
