德钦县城就是生平镇。在去飞来寺的路上，看到路边山沟里一片房子，就是升平镇。一般人来德钦就是冲着雨崩，很少有人会在升平镇停留，除非是坐班车。德钦有去飞来寺和丽江的班车，但是很难衔接，比较浪费时间，所以一般人去梅里还是在丽江跟团直奔飞来寺住宿，也就错过了升平镇。
