Sushiji Yosuke Review

Michelin restaurant, I don't know if this is kaiseki cuisine, but the exit of this store is really exquisite. My friends are reluctant to eat after taking pictures. It is indeed full of color and fragrance. Five-star recommendation and the price is small.

First of all, I was very surprised by the tableware used in this sushi restaurant. General sushi restaurants use some glass cups and dishes, but their sushi is placed in a wooden utensil, which is very special. Although I don't know much about fish, I can clearly distinguish the different ingredients by tasting, because sushi completely retains the unique flavor of the ingredients themselves.

Once you have been to this store, you will want to come the second time, the third time, every time you come to its food will not disappoint you. If you want sushi, then come to this store. There are various sushi on the rotating bond, you can pick up what you want. Per capita consumption is about 15,000 yen to 16,000 yen, if you add drinks, it will be slightly more expensive.

这家店内部装修非常简约，很宽敞。来这里吃饭请一定要提前预约，营业时间是每天下午的五点半到晚上八点半，没有预约的话可能很少能碰上有空位的时候。因为这家餐厅是一家米其林一星级的寿司店，所以慕名前来的人很多。

经常在各种杂志和电视节目上看到关于这家寿司店的介绍和推荐，这次居然有机会在这里享用晚餐。经营的店主非常年轻，没想到这么年轻就可以把事业做的这么好，真的很佩服。吃的是店里的招牌寿司，果然味道非常不错，看来大家的推荐都是有道理的啊。

我们是看了米其林指南所以选择了这家店。这家店的位置不是很好找，在神户北野一个比较冷清的街道。店内装修很简单，不是走的奢华路线，很清新。食物更是没话说，既然是米其林餐厅那味道绝对是有保障的，这点完全不需要担心。
