Every April and May is the best time to watch "undersea village" from Dongzhai Port to Puqian Town, Wenchang City.

There is a legend in Dongzhai Port, Qiongshan District, Haikou City. It is said that the Dragon King's angry precipitation flooded 72 villages here, and then turned it into a mysterious and desirable harbour. In fact, it was more than 300 years ago.
