The most striking thing about this stay was the hotel's ambiance! The elegant lobby, with warm chandelier lighting and greenery, creates a relaxing atmosphere the moment you enter. The view from the room was stunning, with a verdant courtyard just outside the window. In the morning, you could hear birdsong, and at night, it was incredibly quiet. The room was thoughtfully decorated, with textured wooden furniture and fresh greenery. The air was odorless, and the cleanliness was meticulous, even the cracks in the tabletops were spotless. The carpeted hallways in the public areas were completely silent, and the elevator lobby was decorated with art, creating a sense of class. Staying here felt like living in a small garden, completely relaxing both physically and mentally. Those with a love for ambiance will truly love it!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent! The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to a superb night's sleep. This Wanda Vista Hotel in Zhengzhou is absolutely fantastic! The sky lobby on the 48th floor offers breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with incredibly soft bedding. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive; the staff are warm, professional, and always quick to resolve any issues. Moreover, the hotel's location is super convenient, with excellent transport links nearby, making getting around completely hassle-free. Every day spent here was an absolute delight. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Took a weekend train trek to Zhengzhou from Xi’an, and really enjoyed the kind locals of the city. Sofitel is an amazing place to stay. Vicky, Lily, and Hao welcomed me to check in early with a nice upgrade. Everyone is bilingual also. The lobby is beautiful and overlooks the restaurant while beneath sky dome lighting. Extremely clean place. Beds are comfortable and amenities are of many. The park nearby is a charming sight. Massage and spa available. In the center of everything as well, so one can trek in all directions for things to do. I chose the culture, creative, and street blocks on the west side. The train station is just 20 minutes. Museum is north and more attractions south. Historical park next to the property.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Zhengzhou for 4 days. On the first day, the front desk staff was very welcoming. They mentioned our room was a bit far, so they personally showed us to it. We checked in after we were satisfied. The environment was very comfortable and quiet. We also received cocktail vouchers, so my boyfriend and I each had a drink and enjoyed a pleasant buzz in the evening. The room was large and spacious with complete amenities, and complimentary mini-bar drinks were provided daily. There was even a bathtub, which my boyfriend and I enjoyed for two days. There's a snack street near the hotel. While I personally wasn't a fan, it was incredibly popular and bustling. Of course, snack streets across the country are pretty much the same; I can't comment on the taste since I didn't try anything, but if you like them, it's worth checking out. On the second, third, and fourth days, we visited attractions in cities around Zhengzhou, such as Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottoes, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. These places were crowded, but prices were very reasonable. We didn't encounter any bad experiences. The total cost for our food, accommodation, activities, and shopping for these few days was 6000 RMB. On our way back, we made a detour to Pang Dong Lai in Xuchang – it was incredibly crowded! However, parking at Wenfeng Plaza nearby was truly hassle-free, with no queues. We even charged our electric car there. All in all, this was a very satisfying trip.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail, has its own independent small courtyard and hot spring pool, the room facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, very good! The lady also sent fruit, milk, red wine and added WeChat, saying that if you need anything, you can contact her at any time. She also handled check-in and check-out. The whole process was super smooth. The stay was very comfortable. I will come again next time if I have the chance ~ Five-star praise [strong]

A very satisfying stay experience, the service is very comprehensive, the room is clean and bright, warm and spacious, located in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, very satisfied with a stay!

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

The house layout is very reasonable, and the exterior design is really creative. The indoor design of the bubble pool is very private. Sitting in the bubble pool, you can see the independent courtyard through the large windows, with the blue sky and white clouds all over. It’s very comfortable to look at. The boss is also very helpful. He also gave us fruits. Next time we must stay in the full-day room and bring the children to pick the fragrant materials and make the fragrant soup. I am very happy just thinking about it. Full marks. , will come again next time.
