"This was the most expensive and worst room of our Europe trip. There was an exhibition in Munich and a spring carnival nearby, so the room rate was several times higher than usual. **Environment:** The main plus point is its convenient location. It's very close to the bus station for tours to Neuschwanstein Castle, and there are restaurants and supermarkets right outside. **Facilities:** The room and bathroom were tiny; it was hard to even open our luggage. The facilities were quite old, but at least there was an elevator. **Service:** The breakfast was decent, suitable for Western palates, and the front desk offered 24-hour service. Overall, it was very poor value for money. Plus, it rained, which unfortunately left my child with a bad impression of Germany. 😂"

"The location is decent, not far from the Exhibition Center. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the train station is about a ten-minute walk away. There's also a supermarket nearby. Just a heads-up, they don't provide toothbrushes. The hotel has central air conditioning, offering both heating and cooling."
