"This place is about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Takeo Onsen Station. As other reviews mentioned, it's quite old. The air conditioning, in particular, could use some attention. Although it's a ryokan, it seems to operate with a small staff. Breakfast is simple; it's a bit disappointing that there's no meat, but it genuinely offers a light morning meal. Unfortunately, the hot spring water is a circulated, heated, and disinfected type. Nevertheless, how should I put it... it feels like a place that put a lot of effort into it despite a small budget. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities on the first floor are interesting."

It’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!

The transportation location of the hotel is subjectively not very convenient. We rented a car at the airport and drove ourselves, so mobility was not a problem. Nearby attractions include Oyu Shrine's water torii gate and Yutoku Shrine; and the hotel itself allows people to stay comfortably and enjoy the tranquility and the starry sky for a while😌 The service butler is very considerate and every detail is in place ~ I really feel at home ❤️ The food for two meals for one stay is also amazing, the crab food is great👍🏼 The butler also provided free drinks, thank you very much 💕

The hot spring hotel is very suitable for self-driving, there is a small river in front, and the surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful. The hotel is very new. I think most of it is newly built. The staff has a first-class service attitude. The separate room for dinner in the morning is full of privateness. It may not be the peak tourist season and I have stayed in many places. The hotel is very quiet. I did not meet other guests on the day of check-in. The public baths are all bathed by myself. The rooms are Japanese style. The food is good and fresh. I look forward to the next opportunity to stay!
