We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.

The room is extremely big and the cr is great. My only issue would be the WiFi but other than that, the hotel is really nice and the restaurant is good. Good value for money for what you’re getting.

Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

The room is so clean. Employees are kindness. But sometimes people at outside are noisy cause of downtown area. It was so fine to stay low cost and high quality.

I had a fantastic time staying at The Reef Resort! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the resort have enough activities to keep you busy. I would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. The breakfast buffet every morning was good with assorted choices. You can snorkel infront of the resort with so many different kind of fish, I was amazed! The resort even packed me a breakfast box when I had to leave early in the mornings for activities. They also have a great SPA with great treatments! A well equipped gym overlooking the ocean. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Great location right on the beach with really nice sand and with lovely staff too.  However, the bed was really uncomfortable and am on pain killers as a result!… not acceptable for a £600 room. The food wasn’t exactly great either, though this is to be expected outside of major cities.

We have chosen this hotel because it was closed to Cebu port. And we arrived in early morning (3am). So we need to stay only for 4 hours and have a breakfast. The hotel from the outside looks good compare to the other buildings around. The rooms was small but okay for one short nap (4h). The AC was noisy, the water in shower smells very bad! And the breakfast was only: rice, egg and pork. That’s all. We were disappointed by the breakfast and the smelly water in the shower. Otherwise I could give better rating.

It was a very nice place to stay. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and the food was good. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially when you arrive—it makes a great first impression. The reception staff were outstanding, especially Trixcy, Rhea, Cathy, and Lira, along with many others who made our stay enjoyable. This hotel recommended. Sure will come back!

Wow - Super hotel. Best hotel I have visited in years. Staff polite, efficient and attentive in a polite way. Room was very large, with some free mini cookies and a few free juices. Food and drinks reasonable. Breakfast had a great range of food. The steak at the restaurant was super They even notified breakfast group I could not take milk. Lots of couples but as a solo traveller felt cared about. From start to finish flawless. Even twice a week one hour of free cocktails. When it rains the staff already start wiping down tables and once eases gardeners are out sweeping the leaves off the pathways to help maintain its beautiful appearance. Seriously impressed
