We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy, though the rooms are not that spacious, but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus, the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.
The hotel is located right on Alona Beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a main pool and a beachfront pool, both quite nice. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help with any needs or issues. Room cleaning was prompt, happening about one to two times a day, and they even offered turn-down service. There are two restaurants serving breakfast, and the beachfront one felt a bit more extensive. The beachfront restaurant also has a dinner buffet in the evenings, which is 990 pesos per person for hotel guests – excellent value for money with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Definitely a top choice hotel on Alona Beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
The location is excellent—very accessible and close to everything you might need. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right.
The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. What I also loved most is that there are plenty of nearby establishments for food and leisure. From restaurants to small hangout spots, everything is just a short walk away, giving you more options to enjoy your stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly come back again!

Upon arrival at the hotel, no security guard at the entrance and there is no receptionist also. We waited for almost 30 mins for our check in. The room is small comapre to other hotel nearby with the same price range. The lobby smells really good but the room is not kinda smelly but tolerable.

It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel.
The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily.
For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel.
And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel.
At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels.
Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this.
Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable
Staying at Oceanica was a great experience who wants to escape the bustle city life.... the views of the beach, garden and mini forests were quite calm and relaxing. If you want to get moving just head to the recreation and fitness facility... If you re hungry just head to the restaurants and bars, and enjoy the delicious foods and refreshing drinks. Room is clean and spacious.. staffs are courteous and nice. Will come back again, next time will tag along our kids.

Very basic hotel good for one night, but there is pretty much nothing around it.
The A/C unit is such old style (window unit from the 80s), but surprisingly is very cold. The problem is that is very loud too.
The wifi is slow and unstable once you get to the 5 floor.
So, Only Seed Hotel... hmm, where do I start? The room was okay, but you know when the pics online look way better? Yeah, that. I think they use photos of, like, all their rooms for the standard king, 'cause I was picturing something bigger. The shower was a struggle – was the water even hot? Who knows!
The separate toilet and shower thing? Cute idea, but brrr! Still freezing in there because of the gaps up top. And OMG, when my hubby showered, the toilet flooded! The seal is a joke. And the bidet? Let's just say it's like a power washer for your lady bits. Ouch!
But hey, free water! That's a win. And the breakfast? Sarap! Not too salty, just right. I was shook when they brought out the whole spread – fruit, coffee, juice... all of it! Tapsilog was on point. They even nailed the eggs – sunnyside up for me, cooked yolk for the hubs. Plus, a whole plate of watermelon each! The juice and coffee were legit.
The pool looked Insta-worthy, but we were zonked from our countryside tour. Plus, it closes early. The location's a bit out of the way, but there's street food nearby for when you're tipid. Not the best grub, but busog is busog, right?
Would I stay again? Ewan ko. The staff were super nice, though. But no phones in the room? Ugh, gotta trek to the front desk next door for everything. Not fun in the Bohol heat! 😅 But they did decorate the room for our anniversary, which was a nice touch.
Sarap: Delicious
Tipid: Frugal/Thrifty
Busog: Full/Satisfied
Ewan ko: I don't know
We first stayed in junior room on the first floor. There was work going on. Moved to the villa which was a completely different experience.
The junior suite was large but unfortunately without a balcony. On arrival we had fruit and free non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge. In the evening we were provided with cookies. The room was on the 1st floor. They supplied shower gel and conditioner but no soap.
There was work going on next door to the room. We discussed our noise concerns Analou who arranged for us to move to a Villa. Analou also helped with the tour bookings. She was professional and friendly.
The villa was amazing with a plunge pool and all the extras in the bathroom.
The pool was kept clean and in the afternoon provided with a shot of juice and an ice lolly.
Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks to the housekeeping team- Jamie’s, Rommel and Claude.
In the restaurant and bar area I want to thank Vincent, Daniel and Girlie.
We ate at the Spanish restaurant which was good and by the pool.
The hotel arranged trips to see dolphins and turtles which we enjoyed. We also went on the country side tour. Although we did not go into the church as it closes on Tuesday’s.
The nice little extras were cookies in the toom. Cold towels, ice cream and fruit shots by pool.

GGuest UserI'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol.
1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off.
2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable.
3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water.
4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious.
5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available.
6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun.
Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage.
This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes.
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at Cliffside Resort, a place that truly stands out for its stunning view and its very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The room was clean, although a few small details could be improved, such as the drawers, which were not properly cleaned.
Most of the staff were very welcoming and smiling, which created a warm and friendly environment. A few team members were a bit less friendly, so the experience felt slightly inconsistent, but overall the staff were lovely.
The food was very good, and so were the cocktails, which made our meals enjoyable.
However, the timing of the service really needs improvement. It became almost funny: one of us would get their meal, eat it calmly… and the other would be served 30 minutes later — sometimes almost an hour later.
It’s a strange and quite awkward situation, because you don’t really get to eat together. Back in France, this would never happen, so it was really surprising.
Despite this issue, we overall had a positive stay, with an exceptional setting and lots of potential for an even better experience.
SStasuardoWe had a wonderful time at this place—I believe it’s the best spot in the area. It was my wife’s birthday, so we booked a beachfront seaside room.
Everything was perfect, from the early check-in (before 2 p.m.) to the recommendations about the island and the exceptional service throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
The breakfast was excellent, especially by Philippine standards, with plenty of healthy options and fresh vegetables.
The hotel also has its own bar, sun chairs, and a great atmosphere for relaxing.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is OK, it's only about 10 minutes' walk from the commercial center, and it's easy to find food. The hotel facilities are too old. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and the noise was very loud. There was no way to rest. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately solved and the room was changed. I would like to thank the hotel service staff for their quick handling. The air conditioner in the changed room was fine. When I washed up in the morning, the water from the faucet was gone. It gushed out and then stopped. It took a long time to get back to normal. We booked a suite, but it was just a little bit. It didn't feel like a suite. It cost more than 600 a night without breakfast, which was a bit not worth it.
TTxx RCOne of ths highlights of our Siquijor trip; not much info online about Coco Sunset, but you get to see much about Coco Grove; they are related; turned out to be such a paradise; food selection is great, reaort amenities are worth visiting, they have a marine sanctuary, spa, free shuttle from/to ferry, and everyone is so warm! can't wait to book our next trip
☆☆1There was a large, live cockroach on the stairs in the room, but otherwise I was quite satisfied. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and it was cleaned promptly every day. The front desk provided cookies and snacks daily.
At night, I could hear music from the nearby entertainment venue playing until the early hours of the morning.
王王Stayed for 3 days and was a bit far from Alona Beach, but fortunately there was a free shuttle bus at the hotel. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very new, and the complimentary breakfast is not bad. But the hotel is surrounded by villages, dirty and messy, the road to the hotel turned out to be a dirt road, the tap water and the water in the pool are all unpurified sea water, a bit salty, the whole of the island of Bohol. With a 12-year-old child, there is no extra bed, and 800p per night, which is a bit expensive. Since I go out to play every day, the overall situation is not bad, the environment there is the same. The level of consumption is comparable to that of first-tier cities in China.
