Activation was straightforward and the service performed as expected in most situations. The only issue I encountered was that ChatGPT did not work initially and required a manual APN change. I only learned about this solution after contacting customer support. While the support team was helpful and resolved the issue quickly, it would be much better if this requirement were clearly communicated in the setup instructions or FAQ beforehand. That would save users time and avoid unnecessary troubleshooting. Apart from that, the experience was smooth and reliable. I would definitely consider using this eSIM again in the future.
