I had half a day left in Zurich during my Switzerland trip and wasn't sure what to do, so I booked a half-day tour of the Rhine River through Ctrip. After placing the order, customer service contacted me, and they even sent me a message the day before departure to remind me to participate. Their service was excellent. The Rhine Falls is the largest waterfall in Europe, and you can choose to take a boat tour; experiencing it up close is quite magnificent.★

Normally, we book flights and hotels using this app. For our trip to Europe, specifically Switzerland, we booked through this app because it's easy to fill out the details of each traveler. Swiss Pass is great! We traveled as a family of three adults and two children (all under 12), so we bought first class tickets. The three adults and two children were free and could sit in the same class. First class was very quiet; in some trains, it felt like we were the only family in the entire carriage. We also printed out our travel documents because we were checked constantly. You can open them on your phone, but printing them out is easier and saves you from having to buy tickets individually. For us, it was very worthwhile and convenient. The scenery along the way in Switzerland was the highlight of the trip – absolutely breathtaking.
