TA用户I am from New Orleans, Louisiana ... and the Gulf Coast. My wife is from Baltimore, Maryland, on the Chesapeake "Crab Factory". We both grew up learning how to catch and cook and clean ... and pick ... Atlantic Blue Crabs from the time we were in high chairs. The "Crab Shack" is simply "as good as it gets" ... with live holding tanks for the freshly caught male Dungeness Crabs ... kicking and fighting ... which either Gina or "J.D." will pick out for you, take back to the steamer, and in 15 or 20 minutes bring them to your table, cracked and cleaned, with lemons and drawn butter. Exactly what you are looking for !!! And sodas, wine and cold beer are for sale and "take back to the Crab Shack" immediately across the street. Dress Code ? Hah !!! It's "take on the crabs, juices and all" casual. Oregon's answer to Louisiana or Maryland ... and completely delicious. JBH JR ESQ COOS BAY, OREGON
