This is interesting to visit due to the sulphur springs within the wooded area.So as well as visiting a wood you get to see a very rare site of the sulphur springs for free.
Lovely local wilderness area with the remains of the old WWII foxholes and a roman tower. very poignant and change from the coastline. nice walk on a warm day.
