    a 10 minute visit

    Is in the middle of nowhere but nice, takes 5-10 minutes to visit, water was tasty, statue & info provided informative

    Great walk

    This was just a 'nice to see' element when staying in/near Furtwangen. It is the source of the Donau river, or at least one of the sources. Definitely worthwhile if you are in the area

    Real source of the Danube

    While Donaueschingen claims to be the location of the spring of the Danube, be prepared to travel up to an altitude of over 1000 m or 3500 feet to see the real source of the Danube.
