Awesome trail system that offers a little bit of everything. Fun place to explore and bring some snacks. Very well marked trails that eventually loop around.
Very nice, potential noise/crowds by waterfall
Nice trails. I'm not sure if it was because of teens limited activities during Covid, but the waterfall was a big hang out place groups of kids with fast food. But there were other quieter trails.

Parked off if Newman's lane car park and went to Chimney rock road 20 minutes along the water very nice saw people of all ages walking, a nice place to get some fresh air and exercise.
Social escape
A park with the lake is always a good escape. Parking is easy though it fills up fast and it is close to home. Still we do need a sunny day to explore the potential. Going thru the wet trails may not ...
