Sante Adairius Rustic Ales is a great place to take beer lovers who are new to the area. There are a few staple offerings, but always something unknown to me and interesting.
Without a doubt the best craft beer in the business. The New Zealand single hop IPAs are to die for. Head Brewer/Founder Tim Clifford is brewing some damn good beer.

I love their beers!
Well, I love most of their beers. Some are too far out there for me, like the sours, but they always have an IPA, porter, and something light.
