    When a gof club pro says "No Refunds," things are bad.

    The course (greens in particular) is in terrible condition. The "manager" will refuse a refund no matter what lies have have been spewed to get you onto the course. If you do choose to play ...

    Great condition

    This course is in great condition, much better than many in the area. Nice layout with a good variety of holes. Very friendly and helpful clubhouse staff. Be sure to stay for lunch!
