Wat Umong Mahathera Chan

Just opposite the hotel where I lived, I went out in the morning and went shopping, basically no one. There are only a few Buddhist buildings in the temple, the main hall is not big, the focus is on clean and no one, it is not bad to come here to enjoy the tranquility of the morning, there is no need to come here. The temple is located inside the old city wall, not Wumeng Temple and some Daodong. I can't find any history about it, I just found this: "It is famous for the monk's cave, there are alcoves on the main pagoda, and monks can meditate there." I was late at that time, and there were many monks sitting on the table. Very quiet.

Among the many temples in the ancient city of Chiang Mai, I was most impressed by this temple. His courtyard is not big, but the arrangement is particularly orderly and clean. It is quite fate to communicate with the monks inside. The monks here not only speak English well, but some also speak Chinese.

When I walked into Wumeng Temple, there were two points that attracted me deeply. The first point was the very cute little people in the temple, these little people were painted with colors and very realistic. The second point is that the two dragons in front of the temple are different from the dragons in other temples, which are very fierce and very distinctive.
