    Everyone stops here but why?

    The Salt museum is small but free and next to it is as hut made of salt. It's the first place to buy tourist stuff (which we did) and to see and understand the process of making salt (extracting it)....

    NICE LITTLE MUSEUM

    Nice little museum just to give you the idea of salt production. Amazing are the blocks of pure salt of which some walls are made.

    Cute little museum

    This is a nice place to stop and visit on your way to the Salt Flats. This has some really interesting sculptures made out of salt which is great to see.

    All the tours stop in Colchani before entering the Salar. There are a multitude of vendors and the goods that you can buy here are less expensive then in the town of Uyuni itself. There really is no r...
