On our way from Dedza to Lilongwe we pulled off the major road and travelled along a rough dirt track to a small township. Our guide to look at a very few of the many rock arts spoke very good English...
I visited this site with my Driver Jason and a local guide we hired from Dedza. It was a wonderful half-day tour from Lilongwe, despite all tour agencies telling me it can't be done in the rainy seas...
There are not many world heritage sites in Malawi. This is one of the few. Interesting history. The site seems like it always been, no modern installation to spoil the look.
